Preparation time – 30 minutes
Baking time – 10 minutes
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour- 1cup
2. Coco powder – 1/3 cup
3. Baking soda-1 teaspoon
4. Salt- 1 pinch
5. Powdered Sugar -1 cup
6. Egg -2 ( at room temperature)
7. Vanilla Essence – 1tsp
8. Milk- 1/2 cup
9. White Vinegar- 2 Table Spoon
10. Curd- 2 Table spoon
11. Sunflower Oil- 1/2 cup
12.Dark Chocolate – 3 tbsp
13. Butter- 2 tbsp
14. Milk – 3 tbsp
Recipe:
For mixing Dry ingredients…
1. Take a bowl, Add ingredients from 1 to 5, sieve and mix them and keep aside.
Wet Mix preparation
2. Whole milk is mixed with vinegar and curd. You can use buttermilk instaed of this mix.
3. Take another mixing bowl and add two eggs and beat it with whisk or handmixer. Add the mix that is been prepared(7 – 9), then add vanilla essence.. keep mixing.. next add oil in parts.. keep on mixing for 2-3 minutes..
4. Melt dark chocolate with milk and butter using double boiling method..
Now the wet mix is ready..
It is time for the final making of cup cake..
5. Add the wet mix little by little to the dry ingredients..keep on mixing until it reaches a creamy flowing batter texture..
Pre-heat the oven to 180°
- Pour 1tbsp muxture to the muffin paper mould and bake at 180° C for 10 minutes, or until a toothpick can be inserted in the centre and comes out clean..
Allow it to cool and your favourite mouth watering choco cup cake is ready..
